Did you ever read here about a muslim saying : "shot non muslims on sight"?

I did not hear about the sign or read it. People should never say anything like that about other religions, it goes against all religions to kill others of any religion and in Islam it is definitely very wrong to kill non muslims or anybody, so signs which say shoot non muslims on sight is obviously contraversial and stupid, and anyway how whould you know whether someone is a muslim by looking at them?
