What is happening to me??? Am I going crazy? D:?

okay so i was just sitting here and then like you know how when you get on a plane and your ears kinda close then later pop? well they just suddenly went kinda closed and i start hearing these sounds. Like how a spaceship would sound and this man talking. THIS IS NOT A JOKE. I AM DEAD SERIOUS. :[ what's happening? am i going crazy? OH AND I AM NOT HIGH. please help (:
