When will My Chemical Romance come to the US for Danger Days?

I know the new My Chemical Romance album is coming out in November, I have two questions. I'm on the younger side, so is it safe for a 13-15 year old girl and guy to go to a concert? (need to know, very protective parents who think that MCR is based around drugs, so um, yeah..)
