How difficult would it be to knit a clutch like this as a beginner?

It should be easy as the cable stitch is basically taking 2 or more stitches and holding them in the back of the work. Then you knit the same amount as you put on the cable holder and when you have done that you knit the stitches off the holder and that is how you do the hucklebuck oops I mean cable. I looked at the clutch as closely as I could and I think if you used a magnifying gl you could almost count the number of stitches needed to make it.
