What can I wash my quilt in to keep it from bleeding?

Please keep it very simple. Go to the store and get a box of sheets that look like dryer sheets but they are not. They are called Color Catchers I think. Put one in the washing machine when you wash your quilt and voila no bleed. It catches the color. Good luck, Sue
